From revising the ‘Waters of the United States’ rule to overhauling the Biden administration’s most egregious regulations such as the electric vehicle mandate and ‘Clean Power Plan 2.0,’ the EPA is putting our country on the path to energy dominance and economic prosperity, all while ensuring America remains blessed with clean air and water.”
