U.S. Representative Troy Balderson and a delegation of guests paid a recent visit to the New Albany, OH headquarters of Anomatic Corporation, a supplier of anodized aluminum and metal packaging.
Balderson’s stop featured an overview of the company’s history followed by a one-hour tour of the facility, including the manufacturing floor. The April 22 event offered the visitors the opportunity to witness the anodizing and metallizing processes up close. The congressman engaged his Anomatic hosts in discussion and asked numerous questions covering a wide range of topics including sustainability, technology, economics and workforce development. Balderson, who represents Ohio’s 12th Congressional district, is assigned to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology and the Committee on Small Business. The decision to tour Anomatic was determined in large part because of the company’s relationship with L Brands, location in the New Albany Beauty Park, and their extensive experience and expertise on the packaging side of the business. Anomatic Corporation has more than 50 years of experience in anodization and is a full-service manufacture of anodized aluminum and metallized packaging for the beauty, personal care, pharmaceutical, and spirits industries worldwide. The company operates state-of-the-art facilities in Ohio, Connecticut, and Suzhou, China, and are known for anodizing, product design, metal forming, decorating, metallizing and assembly. |
